
6. Complaints procedures
If you have a complaint please follow these procedures so we can look into the matter as quickly as possible.
6a. Images.
If there is an image on this website that you believe is not the property of the person who has claimed it to be theirs, or an image that offends you please contact us including the information of the image (who you believe owns the image or why you feel it is offensive) where it has been posted, and the name of the person who uploaded the image. The matter will be looked into as soon as it is possible. All e-mails of this nature will be answered within seven working days.
6b. Forum Posting.
For any comment found to be incorrect information or offensive within the United Moshers forums or chat posts please contact the forum moderator, they will look into the matter and get back to you within seven working days to let you know how the matter has been resolved. If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with the outcome then you may contact us with the matter and any correspondence you have had from the moderator so the matter can be looked into further and hopefully solved.
6c. Other complaints.
Complaints about any other matters can be forwarded to us via the contact us link. The Administrators promise to look into all complaints as quickly as possible. United Moshers also promise that if you bring a matter to our attention we will inform you with the decided outcome.
